We hope every bottle finds its place in your home.
If something arrives that does not feel right, we are here.
Damaged or incorrect orders -
If your order arrives damaged or something is missing,
please contact us within seven days of delivery.
Send a short note and a photo to hello@chandeauessentials.com
and we will make it right.
Unopened bottles -
Unopened bottles can be returned within thirty days of delivery
for a full refund, minus original shipping. Please reach out
before sending anything back so we can guide you through it.
Opened bottles -
Because essential oils are a personal product, opened bottles
cannot be returned. If something is wrong with your oil — the scent,
the quality, anything — please tell us. We will always listen.
Refund timing -
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within
five to seven business days of receiving your return.
