Chandeau Essentials Referral Program Terms & Conditions

These Referral Program Terms & Conditions (“Referral Terms”) govern participation in the Chandeau Essentials Referral Program (“Referral Program”). By participating in the Referral Program, sharing a referral link, or using a referral reward, you agree to these Referral Terms as well as the Chandeau Essentials Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Chandeau Essentials reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program or these Referral Terms at any time, subject to applicable law.
1. How the Referral Program Works
Eligible Chandeau Essentials customers may receive a unique referral link that can be shared with friends and family.
When an eligible new customer uses a valid referral offer and completes a qualifying purchase, the referred customer may receive a $10 discount, and the referring customer may receive a $10 referral reward, subject to these Referral Terms.
2. Referred Customer Offer
An eligible referred customer receives $10 off a qualifying purchase of $40 or more.
The referred customer must be a new Chandeau Essentials customer and must use a valid referral offer associated with an eligible referral.
The $40 minimum purchase requirement is calculated in accordance with the conditions applied to the referral discount at checkout. Shipping charges, taxes, fees, gift cards, and other excluded amounts do not count toward the qualifying purchase amount unless otherwise stated.
The referred customer discount is intended for one-time use and may not be applied retroactively to a previous purchase.
3. Referrer Reward
After an eligible referred customer completes a qualifying purchase through the Referral Program, the referring customer may receive a $10 referral reward for a future qualifying Chandeau Essentials purchase.
Referral rewards are issued only for referrals that satisfy the requirements of the Referral Program.
The timing of a referral reward may vary while the referred order is processed or reviewed.
4. Eligibility
The Referral Program is intended for individual customers for personal, non-commercial use.
A referred customer must be a genuine new customer of Chandeau Essentials. Existing customers are not eligible to receive a new-customer referral offer by using another email address, account, identity, or other method intended to appear as a new customer.
Referrers may not refer themselves.
Chandeau Essentials may determine eligibility for referral offers and rewards in its reasonable discretion.
5. Sharing Referral Links
Referral links are intended to be shared personally with friends, family members, and other individuals with whom the referrer has a genuine relationship.
Referral links may not be distributed through unsolicited bulk email, spam, automated messaging, misleading advertisements, coupon-code websites, paid advertising, or other commercial or abusive distribution methods without prior written permission from Chandeau Essentials.
Participants are responsible for complying with applicable laws and regulations when sharing referral links.
6. Discount and Reward Restrictions
Referral discounts and rewards:
Have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash or cash equivalents.
Are non-transferable except through the intended referral process.
Cannot be applied to previous purchases.
Are subject to applicable minimum-purchase requirements.
May be limited to one use per eligible customer or order.
May not be used toward excluded products or purchases, including gift cards, where applicable.
May not be combined with other discounts or promotional offers unless Chandeau Essentials expressly permits the combination at checkout.
Are subject to any additional restrictions displayed when the reward or discount is issued.
If multiple promotions are available, Shopify or Chandeau Essentials may determine which eligible discounts can be combined or applied to an order.
7. Returns, Cancellations, and Refunds
If a qualifying referred purchase is canceled, refunded, returned, determined to be fraudulent, or otherwise ceases to satisfy the Referral Program requirements, Chandeau Essentials may cancel, withhold, reverse, or invalidate any referral reward associated with that purchase.
Referral rewards do not create a right to cash reimbursement if the underlying qualifying transaction is later canceled or refunded.
8. Fraud and Abuse
Chandeau Essentials reserves the right to review referral activity and to withhold, cancel, or invalidate referral discounts or rewards where we reasonably believe there has been fraud, abuse, manipulation, or a violation of these Referral Terms.
Prohibited activity includes, but is not limited to, self-referrals, creation of multiple or fictitious accounts, use of false information, manipulation of referral links or transactions, spam, unauthorized commercial promotion, or other attempts to obtain referral benefits improperly.
Chandeau Essentials may suspend or terminate participation in the Referral Program where appropriate.
9. Referral Program Availability
Referral rewards and offers are promotional benefits and are not guaranteed to remain available indefinitely.
Chandeau Essentials reserves the right to change the reward amounts, minimum purchase requirements, eligibility requirements, restrictions, or other aspects of the Referral Program, or to suspend or discontinue the Referral Program, at any time, subject to applicable law.
Changes will apply as permitted by law and may be reflected in updated Referral Terms or in the conditions displayed with a particular referral offer.
10. Privacy
Participation in the Referral Program may involve the collection and processing of personal information in order to administer referral links, determine eligibility, issue rewards, prevent fraud, and operate the Referral Program.
Personal information is handled in accordance with the Chandeau Essentials Privacy Policy.
Participants should share referral links only with individuals they know and should not submit another person's personal information without appropriate permission.
11. No Transfer or Cash Value
Referral discounts and rewards are promotional benefits only. They are not property, have no cash value, and may not be sold, transferred for value, auctioned, exchanged, or redeemed for cash except where required by applicable law.
12. Program Administration
The Referral Program may be administered in whole or in part through third-party technology providers, including Chandeau Essentials' loyalty and ecommerce platforms.
Technical delays or processing periods may occasionally affect the issuance or availability of referral offers or rewards.
Chandeau Essentials reserves the right to correct errors relating to referral eligibility, reward issuance, discount values, or other Referral Program activity.
